- Fish: 2 tablets (bream / washed and cleaned)
- Salt: one and a half teaspoons
- Black pepper: a quarter of a teaspoon
- Lemon peel: half a teaspoon (finely grated)
- Ginger: a quarter of a teaspoon (grated)
- Garlic: a quarter of a teaspoon (minced)
- Olive oil: 2 teaspoons
- Lemon juice: a tablespoon
- StepStep 1DescriptionSlice the fish from the outside, making horizontal slits on each side.

- StepStep3DescriptionRub all sides of the fish with the previous marinade and insert it into the hollows so that the marinade penetrates the inside of the fish.
